Job summary

Arbella Insurance Group's Bearingstar division is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent to serve clients with personal lines insurance, explain coverages, and qualify prospects. After an initial 90-day in-house training, the role can be hybrid with some days in office and some at home, supporting a high-service, community-focused approach.

The role emphasizes strong communication, self-starting work style, and ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance preferred.
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty license encouraged to perform this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the agency representative to clients, professionals, the public and the business community.
• Provide counsel & advice on new or additional insurance needs and explain coverages.
• Identify risk exposures and qualify prospects.
• Maintain underwriting renewal and marketing renewal reviews for policyholders.
• Serve as first point of contact for report and assignment of claim information.
• Resolve general customer inquiries.
