Job summary

Bearingstar, part of the Arbella Insurance Group, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent for our Massachusetts location. You will advise clients on insurance needs, explain coverages, and handle inquiries while supporting our underwriting renewal and marketing processes.

Hybrid work after 90 days with some days in the office and some days remote. A MA P&C license is encouraged, and experience in Personal Lines is a plus. Competitive salary, benefits, and incentive programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance is a plus.
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty license encouraged to perform this position.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel and advice on new or additional insurance needs, explaining coverages and policies.
• Identify risk exposures and qualify potential prospects.
• Assist with renewal reviews and marketing renewal programs for policyholders.
• Be the first point of contact for claim information and general inquiries.
