Arbella Insurance Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join Bearingstar. The role involves acting as the agency representative to clients, providing counsel on insurance needs and explaining coverages.

The ideal candidate has Personal Lines experience; MA Property & Casualty license is encouraged; and strong customer service and sales skills. Hybrid work arrangement allows some days in office and some at home after in-house training.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Personal Lines insurance industry is a plus.
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty license is encouraged to perform this position.
• Customer Service and Sales skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Act as the agency representative to clients, professionals, the public and the business community.
• Provide counsel and advice on new and/or additional insurance needs, explaining coverages and types of policies.
• Identify risk exposures, qualifying potential prospects.
• Maintain an underwriting renewal review process and a marketing renewal review program for all policyholders.
• Act as the first line of contact in reporting and assigning claim information for designated policyholders.
• Resolve general customer inquiries.
