Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company in Frederick, MD seeks a People & Workplace Project Manager to lead HR and workplace initiatives from planning through implementation. You will partner across teams to turn ideas into clear plans, with governance and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, PM or related field.
• PMP certification required or expected.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional HR/workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable project plans with charters and success measures.
• Establish project governance, schedules, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate HR leaders, stakeholders, and vendors for planning and execution.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations.
• Provide delivery reporting and support change management for adoption.
• Lead or support workplace and operational improvement projects.
• Close out projects and capture lessons learned.
