Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years HRBP experience with senior leaders.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a customer-centric approach to HR by supporting the assigned client group’s leadership team on strategic issues for the department.
• Analyze people data and trends to design and execute staffing, onboarding, development, retention, and organization strategies.
• Attend client group senior leadership meetings to discuss department issues and provide HR guidance.
• Use data to surface trends and improve organizational health across the department.
• Evaluate HR programs based on client feedback and design new policies or solutions.
