Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Experience supporting employee programs, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Working knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding.
• Support engagement, recognition, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
• Assist with recruiting activities and candidate experience.
• Coordinate performance management processes and related communications.
• Maintain HR policies, records, and training materials.
