Job summary

Osborn Consulting is seeking a seasoned People Operations Manager to partner with leaders and employees across the organization in Bellevue, WA. This hybrid role focuses on benefits administration, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations to cultivate a high-performing culture.

You will lead HR programs, manage HRIS (BambooHR), oversee leaving and safety compliance, and mentor the People Operations team while driving engagement and growth opportunities for staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience across two or more areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
• PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Experience with HR data analytics and HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration for medical, dental, vision, wellness, and EAPs
• Lead Learning & Development programs and update learning resources
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance improvements
• Oversee leave of absence and accommodation requests
• Ensure workplace safety and OSHA compliance, with training and incident reporting
• Lead engagement and culture initiatives and mentor the HR team
