Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking an HR Specialist to support a dynamic People team in West Los Angeles. This role covers employee relations, leave administration, onboarding and offboarding, and compliance, with a hands-on approach to HR operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR, experience with UKG or similar HRIS, strong organizational and communication skills, and a service-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions including compliance and benefits.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UKG or similar HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employee inquiries and HR systems support.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, changes, leaves of absence, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain employee data integrity in HRIS and support audits and reporting.
• Partner with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and Benefits to ensure a seamless employee experience.
