Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant HR experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across Employee Services, Employee Data Input, and Employment Administration.
• Interact with employees to answer questions on HR policies, benefits, payroll, retirement, disability, and travel.
• Assist with data audits, recordkeeping, reporting, and HR documentation.
• Monitor HR programs and procedures to ensure objectives are met.
• Collect, organize, and assemble information for personnel reports and HR reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
• Process employee transactions and HR system entries.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
