Job summary

SVP Worldwide is seeking a Specialist, People Experience – NA to manage the end-to-end people experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement. The role collaborates with talent acquisition, HRIS, and communications to elevate the employee journey and employer brand.

Hybrid work model in Nashville, TN; strong emphasis on digital tools, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance onboarding, communications, and overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, or internal communications required.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, including intranet tools and internal communication platforms.
• Employer Brand support experience preferred.
• Content creation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the team member journey from candidate engagement to onboarding to ongoing experience.
• Manage onboarding improvements and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance internal communications and HRIS portals.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Marketing for external review site presence.
• Lead or support tasks across recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.
