Nleague Services Inc. in Nashville is seeking an HR Analyst to support the Department of General Services, ensuring accurate HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and personnel records.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence 2–5 days per week downtown Nashville, collaborating with the HR Director and partners to coordinate HR processes and deliver responsive service to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to four years.
• Public sector HR experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, process, and track HR transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements, and other changes.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, documentation, interview materials, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate employee information and tracking tools.
• Respond to routine employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave, payroll, and other HR programs.
• Coordinate employee separations and offboarding activities to support timely transitions.
• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and employee communications.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HR actions are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Perform other related HR duties as assigned.
