Job summary

HireRight in Nashville, TN is seeking a strategic and operationally excellent Vice President, Global Human Resources to partner with the CHRO and lead the HR function across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Services, and HRBPs.

This role shapes the people agenda in a private equity–backed, high-growth environment, guiding organizational design, workforce planning, and people analytics to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading multiple HR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with C-suite or senior executive leadership on enterprise people strategy.
• Experience leading global or multi-region HR teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG) and people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO to develop and execute HireRight's enterprise HR strategy.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Services, and the HRBPs.
• Advise executive leadership, coach HR leaders, and uphold HireRight's culture and employee experience.
• Manage HR governance, metrics, and operating rhythm.
