VaynerX is seeking a high-energy Senior Associate to join the People & Experience team at the NY headquarters. You will own HR systems, data integrity, and the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations from onboarding to offboarding.

You’ll audit data, automate processes, and drive scalable workflows while partnering with stakeholders across the organization. The role blends hands-on administration with strategic reporting and analytics to improve people operations.

• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new HR systems (HiBob, ADP).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy across systems.
• Excellent organization and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all People systems.
• Conduct audits to maintain records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.
• Administer and maintain People systems, workflows, and documentation.
