Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Mateo, CA, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist (People Experience Consultant) to join the PX team. You will provide high-touch operational and strategic HR support to HRBPs and client groups, managing life-cycle activities across Workday and related systems, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires extensive HR experience in fast-paced tech environments, strong judgment, data discipline, and ability to handle confidential information

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR generalist, HR operations, or HRBP-support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven success partnering with senior HR and business leaders across HR functions.
• Strong business acumen, curiosity and learning agility.
• Experience managing sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws; international experience valued.
• Strong Workday capability (employee data changes, org transactions, reporting, audits).
• Experience with ServiceNow or other HR case-management platform.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills for multiple confidential workstreams.
• Data literacy with reporting, dashboards, and turning data into decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready updates.
• Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment and take initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver HR services as an extension of the HRBP team and PX service model.
• Support HRBPs with workforce planning, organizational design, talent and performance cycles, compensation planning, and engagement activities.
• Act as Tier 2 escalation point for employee questions, coordinating with Payroll, Benefits, and other COEs.
• Manage complex employee lifecycle activity and Workday transactions with confidentiality.
• Partner with Employee Relations and Legal on sensitive matters and escalations.
• Coordinate multi-region workforce change projects with clear ownership and timelines.
• Maintain trackers and process documentation to provide a reliable source of truth.
• Support annual and mid-year talent, performance, and compensation processes.
• Maintain employee data and ensure audit-ready controls and approvals.
• Manage ServiceNow cases and provide timely updates to employees and managers.
• Use data and dashboards to identify trends and drive service improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement with AI and digital tools.
