Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an HR Analyst for a four-month assignment to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will handle HR transactions, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain accurate employee data, and respond to routine inquiries with professionalism. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration in downtown Nashville.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution of experience for education allowed up to four years.
• Experience in HR operations or HR support is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, process, review, and track HR transactions, including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements, and other changes.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, documentation, interview materials, and coordination with managers.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, communications, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate employee information and tracking tools.
• Respond to routine HR questions regarding policies, benefits, leave, payroll, and programs.
• Coordinate separations and offboarding activities to support timely transitions.
• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and employee communications.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HR actions are completed accurately.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
