Essity North America Inc. is seeking a Payroll and Time Management Supervisor (Administrative) to lead payroll and time management across the United States and Canada.

You will guide a team of payroll professionals, ensure accurate on-time pay, and optimize ADP and Kronos Dimensions solutions. The ideal candidate will be located in Philadelphia with the ability to work three days per week in the office, champion digital self-service, and drive continuous process improvement across payroll and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• CPP/PCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience across multi-state U.S. and/or Canada.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing payroll teams.
• Advanced knowledge of ADP payroll platforms and Kronos Dimensions/UKG.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ticketing/case-management tools, reporting, and payroll system implementations or enhancements.
• Experience with Workday HCM integrations with payroll and workforce management platforms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, payroll taxation, wage and hour compliance, timekeeping rules, payroll accounting, internal controls, and year-end activities including W-2, T4, and regulatory reporting support.
