Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of payroll experience for US and Canada.
• Expert in ADP Workforce Now and Workday Payroll.
• Experience with bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing.
• Knowledge of US federal/state and Canadian provincial payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for US and Canada using ADP and Workday.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and special payments.
• Validate timekeeping data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll schedules and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial payroll regulations.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports (W-2s, T4s, ROEs).
• Support audits with required payroll documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting payroll operations.
• Maintain data accuracy in Workday and ADP.
• Assist with payroll system testing, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to employee pay inquiries and provide guidance.
