Randa Apparel & Accessories is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple entities and U.S. states, with some Canada in scope.

The role supports hourly and salaried employees in corporate, distribution, and retail settings, offering a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 days remote). The candidate will own payrolls, resolve issues, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another large payroll platform.
• Multi-state payroll knowledge and experience supporting more than one company or location.
• Experience with hourly and salaried payroll, timekeeping, deductions, taxes, and PTO.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned payrolls from start to finish in ADP Workforce Now, reviewing time and attendance data, earnings, deductions, taxes, PTO, bonuses, and other inputs.
• Support payrolls for multiple companies, employee populations, work locations, and pay schedules.
• Perform pre- and post-processing reviews, reconcile payroll registers and funding reports, and resolve errors before finalization.
• Process off-cycle and manual payments with proper approvals and controls.
• Research and resolve employee payroll questions promptly, clearly, and confidentially.
• Apply federal, state, and local payroll requirements and monitor wage and hour rules and paid leave.
• Assist with onboarding acquired businesses and payroll calendar setup, data validation, and transition support.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit support; document reviews and protect confidentiality.
