Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive payroll experience including leadership.
• Experience with multi-state and global payroll (US, UK, Europe).
• Proficiency with Workday HCM and ADP Workforce Now; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and funding.
• Lead, develop, and coach payroll administrators while setting priorities and ensuring payroll execution.
• Partner with accounting and HR to maintain payroll systems, automate processes, and improve integrations.
• Ensure payroll tax compliance, internal controls, audit standards, and payroll policies across jurisdictions.
• Oversee payroll accounting, GL reporting, tax reporting, reconciliations, year-end processing, and audits.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and drive improvements.
