Atlantic Group is seeking a Payroll Manager for the Greater Philadelphia area to oversee payroll operations, compliance, reporting, and related systems within a mature organization. You will lead a team of payroll professionals, manage multi-state and international payroll, coordinate with HR and finance, and drive process improvements and automation.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or related field.
7+ years progressive payroll experience including leadership.
Experience with multi-state and global payroll (US, UK, Europe).
Proficiency with Workday HCM and ADP Workforce Now; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and funding.
Lead, develop, and coach payroll administrators while setting priorities and ensuring payroll execution.
Partner with accounting and HR to maintain payroll systems, automate processes, and improve integrations.
Ensure payroll tax compliance, internal controls, audit standards, and payroll policies across jurisdictions.
Oversee payroll accounting, GL reporting, tax reporting, reconciliations, year-end processing, and audits.
Manage relationships with payroll providers and drive improvements.
