Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support weekly and monthly payroll processing for all companies in Workday. The role requires a strong payroll background, analytical skills, a technical (systems) mindset, and clear communication. The incumbent will balance production tasks with employee interactions and queries.

Hybrid schedule with onsite presence 4x/month at Assembly Row, Somerville, MA. Experience with UKG integrations and payroll taxes is highly valued.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience processing payroll with a record of increasing responsibility.
• Adept at payroll calculations including retro pay, overtime, earnings, deductions, and gross-to-net calculations.
• Understands payroll accounting, taxes, and reporting requirements; transit taxation knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run the payroll process from calculation to settlement to pay employees.
• Audit and review retro transactions to complete payroll on time.
• Review CAPAS retro transactions and create on-demand entries.
• Analyze payroll reports and audits to prevent errors.
• Troubleshoot and fix pay-impacting integration errors (including UKG).
• Provide responsive Service Now support to payroll customers.
• Process adjustments to balances, earnings, and taxes as needed.
