Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of payroll processing/administration experience.
• Experience with Workday and/or ADP highly preferred.
• Strong problem solving and issues resolution skills.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Prepare quarterly/annual and ad hoc payroll reporting for domestic and international payrolls.
• Process multi-state payroll across the organization.
• Maintain HRIS records, handling sensitive employee information.
• Oversee healthcare, benefits, and 401(k) plan administration.
• Enter international payroll data into in-house system for W-2 reporting.
• Perform reconciliations of payroll GL accounts monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for accurate multi-state payroll.
