Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting preferred.
• Two to three years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency with invoice processing, payments, vendor management, and ERP software.
• Strong numeric, data-entry, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review vendor invoices for completeness and alignment with PO and receiving docs.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor records including payment terms and tax information.
• Monitor invoice entry in ERP system and oversee payments by check, ACH, or wire.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and audits.
