RunBuggy Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage accurate, timely multi-state payroll while staying compliant with federal, state, and local wage laws.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and department leaders to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across the payroll lifecycle. The role is hybrid (2–3 days in office) and offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to payroll strategy, reporting, and audits while supporting a growing automotive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with Paylocity; NetSuite preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state wage and hour rules.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for ~190 employees.
• Verify timekeeping and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and W-2s.
• Handle tax deposits and year-end filings.
• Audit benefit invoices and deductions.
