Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own the full payroll cycle for a large multi-location workforce at the Phoenix corporate office. You will be hands-on, processing payroll and ensuring compliance across state requirements.

Join the accounting and finance team to review timesheets, PTO, garnishments, and benefits data, while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy. 2+ years of payroll experience and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, multi-location or high-volume preferred.
• Solid knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws.
• Experience with HRIS and automated timekeeping systems.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end payroll processing across multiple locations.
• Review timesheets, PTO balances, and attendance before each pay run.
• Process direct deposits, final pays, pay cards, and state-specific checks.
