Job summary

RunBuggy is seeking a Payroll Administrator to process accurate multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. This hybrid role collaborates with Finance, HR, and other leaders to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

You will manage on-cycle and off-cycle payroll for ~190 employees, handle reporting, audits, and year-end tasks, and support vendor invoices and 1099s. The role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience with Paylocity; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate on-cycle and off-cycle payroll for ~190 employees.
• Verify timekeeping with managers and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle payroll questions and issue corrections promptly.
