Responsibilities

• Coordinates the payroll process with other departments to deliver services per guidelines.
• Prepares and oversees payroll documents and related items for compliance and audit references.
• Prepares quarterly unemployment taxes for states where Fidelity has sites.
• Reconciles account balances to maintain accuracy and policy compliance.
• Researches discrepancies in payroll information to ensure accuracy before processing.
• Communicates required documentation to personnel, carriers, and financial institutions.
• Compiles data from time sheets, salary adjustments, and tax deposits for analysis and compliance.
• Verifies payroll information to ensure accurate distribution of funds.
