Job summary

Ecovyst is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and data integrity. The role emphasizes strong ADP Workforce Now/Workforce Manager usage, payroll reporting, and compliance across federal, state, and local requirements.

The position is hybrid, based in Wayne, PA, with a minimum of three days on-site at Chesterbrook, PA, and requires extensive payroll experience and meticulous attention to detail to support cross-functional HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, business administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of payroll administration or payroll processing experience required.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager required; Canadian payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process recurring payroll cycles accurately and on schedule.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
• Process changes: hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, direct deposits, etc.
• Maintain payroll documentation and records; assist year-end activities and reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day power user of ADP Workforce Now Payroll and Workforce Manager; identify automation opportunities.
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.
