Responsibilities

• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliant customer accounts.
• Ensure timely processing of contributions and correct application to accounts.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies to improve reporting quality.
• Facilitate information flow between teams and support process improvements.
• Develop proficiency in operational processes and serve as a point of contact for day-to-day support.
• Assist in key projects, supporting leads and delivering high-quality work on time.
