Qualifications

• Strong data controls and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End payroll: run semi-monthly payroll for US associates with accuracy.
• Record management with audit trails and data integrity checks.
• Coordinate PTO/leave and deductions, benefits changes, and compliance.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and SOX internal controls.
• Generate payroll reports and respond to employee pay inquiries.
• Partner with Finance and HR on commissions, year-end tasks, and tax filings.
