Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Payroll Analyst based in Irvine, CA, on a hybrid schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays). You will deliver accurate, timely payroll across North America while maintaining compliance and partnering with auditors and tax authorities.

With 5+ years in payroll systems and 3+ years handling US payroll taxes, you’ll own payroll data, support transformations, and drive process improvements using Workday/ADP. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll systems experience.
• 3+ years US payroll taxes experience.
• CPP or FPC certification.
• Experience with Workday/ADP tools and systems.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and company policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare and input payroll data to deliver accurate payroll.
• Review and upload payroll taxes from Workday to ADP for processing.
• Maintain knowledge of wage and hour laws and SOX compliance.
• Assist with payroll transformation projects and process improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality and support post-payroll reporting.
