You will bring 5+ years of payroll processing experience, 3+ years US payroll taxes, and proficiency with Workday and ADP. The position offers a compensation range of $70k-$80k plus benefits, and a path to impact-driven environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with payroll systems.
• 3+ years of experience with US payroll taxes.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday and ADP platforms.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, prepares and inputs payroll data using an automated system.
• Reviews and uploads payroll taxes from Workday to ADP.
• Maintains current knowledge of wage and hour laws.
• Assists with HR/Payroll transformation projects.
• Ensures confidentiality of payroll information.
• Provides post-payroll reporting and reconciliation.
