ODL is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to oversee end-to-end payroll for weekly and biweekly cycles and support benefits, leave, and HRIS processes. The role interfaces with ADP and requires accurate processing, reporting, and compliance.

A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of payroll experience are preferred, along with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Hybrid role based in Zeeland, Michigan, offering health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP or comparable payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Experience with multi-state payroll and payroll taxes.
• Strong Excel and data-accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage ADP eTime and payroll processing.
• Process weekly and biweekly payrolls accurately and timely.
• Handle benefits and leave administration in the HRIS.Coordinate with vendors and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and year-end tasks (W-2s, Box 12).
• Maintain confidential payroll information and ensure compliance.
