Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a hybrid role in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will manage and process payroll, balance quarterly accounts, and handle payroll investigations to ensure accurate and timely compensation.

The role requires 2+ years of payroll experience and proficiency with Dayforce, ADP, and Workday, along with strong numerical and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in payroll analyst role or similar.
• Experience with Dayforce, ADP, and Workday required.
• Experience with payroll automation and payroll investigations.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and discretion with sensitive information.
• Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Use payroll software such as Dayforce, ADP, and Workday to automate payroll processes.
• Conduct quarterly balances and provide reports on payroll activities.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related inquiries or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll data integration.
• Stay updated on federal and state payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing payroll procedures and policies.
