CCA Global Partners in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Payment Coordinator to manage daily batch deposits, refunds, and outbound payments in a collaborative, growth‑minded office.

You will process payments, balance batches, respond to payment escalations, and help with reporting, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing remote Mondays and Fridays and in‑office Tuesdays through Thursdays. Minimum 3 years accounting experience and an associate degree are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years accounting-related experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and keyboard skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and/or assist with daily batch deposits.
• Enter and process refunds and outbound payments.
• Handle escalated payment issues and assist with reporting requirements.
• Post payments to systems and balance batch data entry.
