Responsibilities

• Code and enter invoices into the general ledger.
• Prepare payments and file paid invoice packets.
• Assist with month-end closing and ensure transactions are entered.
• Identify transactions not compliant with company policies and escalate.
• Communicate with internal and external suppliers/customers; perform other general accounting duties.
