Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in accounting/transactions, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. A high school diploma is required, with preference for accounting-related degrees.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, payment processing, or related transactional experience.
• Experience performing bank, accounts payable, general ledger, or other financial reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, lookups, and large data sets.
• Experience processing high-volume financial or transactional data with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supports incentive processing and fulfillment activities to ensure timely customer payments.
• Performs bank and accounts payable reconciliations and researches variances.
• Reviews data for accuracy and compliance prior to payment fulfillment.
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve payment, reconciliation, and transactional issues.
• Maintains records to support financial reporting and audit readiness.
