Resource Innovations is seeking a Payment Processing & Accounting Specialist to join our Murray, Utah team. The role focuses on incentive processing, batching, fulfillment, bank and accounts payable reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records to support financial controls.

Responsibilities include reviewing data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with finance teams, and supporting month-end close and audit documentation. A 1+ year background in accounting is preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or payment processing.
• Experience with bank or general ledger reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Proficiency in Excel with formulas, filters, and lookups.

Responsabilidades

• Support incentive processing, batching, and payment fulfillment activities.
• Perform bank and accounts payable reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Review incentive data for accuracy and compliance with processes.
• Coordinate with Incentive Processing and Accounting teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end close, audit documentation, and internal controls.
