Job summary

Resource Innovations in Murray, Utah is seeking an Incentive Processing & Accounting Specialist to support incentive processing, banking and AP reconciliations, and accurate customer payments across programs. This hybrid role emphasizes strong financial controls and timely processing while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in accounting or related transactional environments, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, payment processing, or related transactional environment.
• Experience performing reconciliations and researching discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, lookups, large datasets).
• Experience with high-volume financial data and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supports incentive processing and fulfillment activities, including preparing, reviewing, and processing incentive batches.
• Performs bank and accounts payable reconciliations, researches variances, and resolves discrepancies.
• Reviews incentive payment data for accuracy and compliance prior to payment fulfillment.
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve payment, reconciliation, and transactional issues.
• Assists with end-to-end incentive payment process including batching and fulfillment.
• Investigates unreconciled transactions and payment exceptions and documents findings.
• Maintains records to support financial reporting and audit readiness.
• Monitors processing and reconciliation activities to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and controls across incentive processing and accounting workflows.
