Qualifications

• Knowledge of processes within HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Time management and organization to prioritize tasks within SOPs and methods.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team amid interruptions.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems using established options.
• Build collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare providers.
• Operate office equipment (phones, printers, copiers, scanners).

Responsibilities

• Responds to intermediate level inquiries from patients, employees, providers, vendors using phone, email, or portal.
• Supports one or more service delivery teams as part of a collaborative group.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers to identify further service opportunities.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of business processes and services.
