Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Familiarity with Vital Tears is preferred.
• Know-how of ophthalmology terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Patient Services, tracking shipments and following up with partners.
• Navigate order issues and communicate with physicians and external customers.
• Manage multiple databases to keep partner and patient data accurate.
• Follow up with patients and physicians to meet needs and satisfaction.
• Generate reports including commission, partner, and accounting data.
