Revco Solutions in Durham, NC seeks a Patient Account Specialist to assist patients with their accounts and balance resolution. This role blends in-office work with remote activity during the initial 90 days, transitioning to a government insurance follow-up path after clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare billing or patient accounts is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist patients with insurance inquiries, claims, and billing matters.
• Provide information about medical procedures and services.
• Document patient interactions in company systems.
• Support Government Insurance Follow-Up after clearance completion.
• Meet productivity, quality, and documentation standards.
