Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience in access or patient services.
• Associates degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
• No licensure required.

• Coordinate appointment scheduling across specialties and primary care.
• Communicate processes, expectations, and next steps clearly to patients and families.
