You will collaborate with clinical teams to resolve complex scheduling challenges, maintain high accuracy, and uphold patient-centered care in a fast-paced system.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
• Experience: 2+ years of directly relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic updates with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling across a variety of services.
• Communicate directly with patients and families, providing clear guidance on processes, expectations, and next steps.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and access staff to resolve scheduling or registration challenges.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while prioritizing patient care and compliance.
