Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of import logistics coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping documentation and carriers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and process release orders to support efficient order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports related to sales, inventory, and operations.
• Support forecasting activities by tracking trends and providing relevant data.
• Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide overall customer service support for U.S. operations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Bilingual in English and Japanese

Education
