Job summary

QUICK USA in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an Inside Sales Representative (non-exempt) with 2+ years of inside sales experience and bilingual Japanese/English. You will handle sales orders, POs, and customer inquiries, coordinating with inventory and sales teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Work hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday. The role is in-office with remote work up to 2 days per week based on proficiency. Salary ranges from $65–70K annually, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience
• Japanese/English bilingual required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and purchase orders via EDI, web portal, and email
• Provide sales support including item/price registration and quotations
• Coordinate inventory and PO processing with sales and inventory teams
• Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person to confirm orders and resolve issues
• Maintain internal sales documents and stay updated on product knowledge and policies
