MG+M The Law Firm is hiring a Paralegal Deposition Coordinator in a hybrid role serving NY/NJ/IL matters. You will manage calendars, prepare notices, and coordinate deposition logistics for multiple complex cases.

The position requires 3+ years in deposition coordination or related legal ops, plus a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate and proficiency with MS Office, Westlaw, PACER and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in deposition coordination or related legal ops role.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Westlaw, PACER and deposition-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deposition tasks for NY/NJ matters and manage calendars.
• Prepare notices, subpoenas, and related correspondence.
• Maintain case management records and transcripts with exhibits.
• Liaise with attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel on scheduling.
