Job summary

MG+M The Law Firm is seeking a Paralegal Deposition Coordinator for our New York, New Jersey, or Edwardsville, IL offices. You will manage deposition tasks, prepare notices, and maintain calendars for complex civil litigation.

Excellent communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of deposition coordination or related experience, a Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate, and proficiency with Westlaw, PACER, and court

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in deposition coordination or related role.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Westlaw, PACER and court portals.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential in a fast-paced firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attorneys and staff.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate deposition tasks for NY/NJ matters.
• Prepare and distribute notices, subpoenas, and related docs.
• Maintain deposition calendars, deadlines, and records.
• Track transcripts, exhibits, and related documentation.
• Serve as liaison among attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel.
• Provide reporting and administrative support for deposition activities.
• Handle multiple complex litigation matters concurrently.
