Xylem is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Rental) to drive rental sales, expand the customer base, and increase revenue across the assigned territory. The role requires building relationships, identifying opportunities, and presenting solutions to customers while meeting targets.

Responsibilities include growing the sales pipeline with Salesforce, developing new accounts, and coordinating with Marketing for lead generation. Travel up to 50% and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ sales or sales related experience (pump or rental industry preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of consultative/value-based selling.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRMs is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize the financial performance of the region by expanding rentals and sales of Xylem products and services.
• Grow and maintain an effective sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Establish new accounts while increasing sales volume of territory accounts and territories.
• Prepare and assist with sales reports, bids, proposals, quotes, and territory analysis.
• Attend sales meetings, training, and trade shows as directed.
