Job summary

Solely Inc. in La Jolla, California, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily product movement from farms to warehouses and customers.

This full-time, hybrid role coordinates outbound shipments, monitors inventory, and ensures timely order fulfillment while working with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities include arranging LTL/FTL shipments, managing OS&D events, preparing BOLs and packing lists, and maintaining accurate records in ERP/WMS/TMS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience in CPG, food, distribution or 3PL preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS and carrier portals.
• Proactive, dependable and able to own issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders and sales orders in the ERP system.
• Verify PO information including SKUs, quantities, pricing, ship-to address, and delivery details.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, and Production to fulfill orders.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and manage processing issues.
