Eco-Products, part of the Novolex family, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound domestic freight and transfers between 3PL warehouses. This role offers a small-company feel with a team approach to meeting goals.

The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Sr. Manager of Logistics and requires attention to detail, Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a Logistics role.
• Detail oriented with flexible approach in a growing company.
• Proficient analytical skills and Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound freight shipments (TMS, ERP, WMS).
• Enter shipping confirmations daily and communicate order changes.
• Maintain relationships with TMS providers and 3PL warehouses.
• Coordinate warehouse-to-warehouse transfers and domestic supplier pickups.
• Manage customer returns with Sales and Warehouse.
• Analyze and suggest service improvements to reduce costs.
• Support and promote Eco-Products' mission.
